St. Luke Preschool operates on the campus of St. Luke United Methodist Church in downtown Columbus. We are located in the beautiful and historical St. Luke Church building. The preschool is organized into nine classrooms and serves children from ages three months to four years old.
Our downtown Columbus location gives our staff the opportunity to take children on a variety of walking field trips - whether to take in a play at the Springer Opera House, visit the fire station, or see the ins and outs of the post office. In order to ensure the safety of our students, we have security guards stationed at the intersection of Third Avenue and Eleventh Street during the school day. (Our security guards also escort our students on any walking field trips.) All buildings on the St. Luke campus have secure entrances to further ensure the safety of our students and staff.

The mission of St. Luke Preschool is to provide a loving and secure environment where children can develop socially, emotionally, physically, intellectually, and spiritually.

- We encourage partnerships between preschool families and our school staff, and we work cooperatively with our community and with other St. Luke ministries.
Daily Operation
St. Luke Preschool operates from 9:00am-1:00pm, Monday through Friday. During the school year, we offer several sessions to meet the needs of our families.
